Dawn broke with fog and a weather report promising clearing by noon. Wonder of wonders, the report was right. We went visiting and followed that up by lunch– Lobster, Mac and Cheese.

The fall color is at its peak, but many leaves are falling. This may be the best weekend to see foliage.
