A photo tour of our local mall gives ample opportunity for candid photos, but beware of the mall ’s protective service. On this tour, I had a great time, but eventually got busted. while sitting on a bench outside the Microsoft store, and taking a photo of the Kate Spade display window, I looked up and there was a guard on his two-wheeled chariot (Segway, I believe). Looking down at me, the guard said that I couldn’t take photos in the mall because of copyrights.

Ok…end of the days photo shoot; the mall is, after all, private property. Ugh.
